How to Become a More Responsive and Agile Web Support Unit: Are We Just a Website Factory?

We've created many websites for the university, but lately we've been spending more time on maintenance tasks with website projects being delayed. This summer we decided to change how we do projects by employing project management ideas and time-tracking tools. It started with weekly staff meeting and a simple spreadsheet. During the past few months, we have steadily improved in managing our project queue. Revisions to the tracking document provide valuable insight in to our use of project management techniques to manage the project queue.
