Professional Development
When it comes to curriculum, collaboration across disciplines is critical, all the way from course creation to assessment of student learning. When new curriculum is created and existing curriculum is revised, CARP, a homemade web-based curriculum discussion and approval process, means every idea gets a hearing and everyone plays a part. And it shares with everyone how each course will be assessed and to what level students can expect to learn the skills the course promises to teach them. It's a brand new wheel.
