In today's environment of tight budgets, constrained resources, and rapid change, project and portfolio management (PPM) processes and tools are more valuable than ever to university leadership. This session will explore how Franklin University has successfully leveraged higher education-specific processes and tools to inculcate a PPM philosophy across the institution; improve project prioritization and section processes; enhance collaboration and communication through the use of consistent methodologies; and create consistent yet flexible value-added processes leading to improved understanding of scope, more accurate budgets, and better schedules.
