Working Together: CIO/CBO Relationships for Success
Working Together: CIO/CBO Relationships for Success
Monday, March 26 | 12:30PM–1:30PM | Zurich C
Session Type:
Professional Development
A strong and positive relationship between the chief information officer and chief business officer is critical to our ability to leverage technology in support of our missions of teaching, learning, and research. The foundation of a healthy CIO-CBO relationship rests on the ability of individuals to build those relationships by establishing trust, communicating regularly, and collaborating to find ways to leverage IT as a strategic investment. In this important session, we'll dive deeper into where the best opportunities for partnerships lie and identify strategies to create and strengthen them. Bring your ideas and experiences to this conversation—and to your CBO.
