What happens when the initial momentum and enthusiasm for a particular social media outlet wanes? What goes into maintaining an active social media presence, and how can this work be sustained over time? What does successful engagement with social media look like? This session will use the experience of the Elizabeth Huth Coates Library at Trinity University to explore these questions. In this session, attendees will have multiple opportunities to reflect on their own organizational or personal use of social media and also work together to tackle common problems such as sustainability and defining success.
