Finding ways to distribute critical information tests the patience of most support organizations. At Texas Woman's University, we have discovered a series of approaches to provide as much information as possible and in a way that keeps our users coming back for more. In this session, we will show how we've thrown out traditional scheduled classes and multiple ways of disseminating materials that keep faculty (and students) up to date on new systems while allowing for seamless changes to current installations.
