Scientists have said that the extreme weather patterns that we see on our planet are "the new normal." If this is the case, disaster recovery planning could not be more important. Learn how we reengaged our disaster recovery plan at Pittsburg State University after our sister city, Joplin, Missouri, was devastated by one of the deadliest tornadoes ever recorded. Hear how the IT professionals in Joplin reacted to the disaster and who they engaged to help them recover. Also learn how we quickly became involved in the disaster recovery efforts at PSU and what lessons we took home.
