Does mapping business processes sound like fun? It is! Even more importantly, it can be beneficial to your IT organization and your institution. Learn how process mapping can assist with organizational design, budgeting, and institutional effectiveness. In this hands-on facilitated workshop, you will identify and prioritize key IT processes, identify processes that cross divisional boundaries, and try your hand at mapping a process (it's not as easy as you think!).
