Leveraging Project, Portfolio, and Service Management: IT and Institutional Perspectives

Institutions are being called on to do more with less, managing tight resource constraints and diminishing budgets while continuing to support the institutional mission and goals. This is particularly true concerning strategic initiatives, projects, and service functions.
