Pittsburg State University's IT department was struggling to meet stakeholder project demands due to silos within the department, resulting in duplicating efforts and not meeting expectations. In this presentation, we will examine Pittsburg State's journey to develop and deploy the processes and tools utilized to break down the silos and better meet the demands of the organization, as well as their future plans for development. We'll also explore emerging trends in how higher education institutions are improving IT results by improving operations through process and tools.
