This dynamic workshop will introduce you to the "rules" of improv, which have a direct impact on how we engage with others. We will build on these rules to practice four key leadership competencies: spontaneity, status, setting the stage, and storytelling. All attendees will be engaged in practice. The value of this workshop is the ability to practice leadership competencies in a "safe" environment outside work. Participants will become more intentional about their communication and gain idea-generation skills. In summary, this is your chance to sharpen critical skills through "serious play."
