Managers and IT: A (Potentially) Beautiful Relationship

This presentation will focus on the partnership between IT and mangers, and on the overlap area between them. These two groups share many common needs, so developing a common understanding of the responsibilities of each will be a beginning in helping clarify roles. Next, session participants will work together to come up with suggestions and best practices both groups can use to develop needed competencies, so both can leave the session with tools to help build their own successful training strategies.
