At some point, every IT organization finds itself asking, Wouldn't it be cool if we could do {insert new thing here}? That's usually followed by asking, But how do we get that done and finish all the other work in our queue? This session will look at how the University of Chicago addressed those two questions with a single answer: Internships. Participants will leave with an understanding of how a similar response might work for them. We'll share the questions we wanted to ask, the reasons we wanted to ask them, and why students were part of the answer.
