Urgent Conversations within IT

Wednesday, March 20 | 9:30AM–11:15AM | Zurich AB
Session Type: Professional Development
How will I work with others to create an IT culture that is responsive and able to learn from its own practices? This session provides an opportunity to identify and initiate the urgent conversations we should to be having in IT. Participants will create the agenda on-site by posing topics and questions that are important to them, team up with others who care about the same topic, and together share and develop ideas and identify actions. We will use Open Space Technology, a process that generates connection, draws on shared knowledge, fosters synergy, and provides ways to participate in intention, design, and outcomes, and rely on everyone's initiative and participation. Be ready to raise questions to explore in small-group discussions and prepare to be surprised.
