Creative Ideas Are Always Within Our Grasp

Wednesday, May 29, 2013 | 10:45AM–11:30AM | Grand Ballroom E
Session Type: Professional Development
At any time morning, noon, or night, creative ideas are within our grasp. Over the centuries, inventors, engineers, artists, writers, designers, and those in business have written about their creative process. Some thought great ideas came from the Greek muses. However, most knew that it was through conscious, subconscious, or preconscious efforts that they generated their ideas. Many books have been written about tools and techniques for creativity and innovation that we as individuals, teams, or large groups can use to generate ideas and solutions on demand. This session will share tools and techniques for innovation and creative thinking as well as guidance for when they work and when they don't.
