In People Skills, our foundational development program, individuals develop an increased awareness of the impact that their behavior has on others, enabling them to strengthen relationships, improve communications, and modify their behavior in order to better understand and work with others. EITS has seen vast improvements in co-worker and customer relationships and communications since implementing the People Skills program. Come to this session to learn how the program was implemented, hear success stories, and discover how it could benefit your organization.
