Chapman University has developed a platform built on WordPress Multisite for hosting faculty electronic portfolios for use in promotion and tenure review. Customizations to WordPress have been driven by the needs of three distinct user groups: faculty candidates, reviewers, and administrative personnel in Faculty Affairs. After three years of development, Chapman is looking for partner universities to evaluate (and possibly adopt) the platform and to collaborate on future development.
