Baby boomers are currently reaching retirement age, and higher education will not escape the impending retirement wave that is just reaching our shores. Our IT leadership ranks are projected to be especially hard hit with retirements in the next five to ten years. The time to grow, mentor, coach, and develop future leaders is now. Now is also the time for those desiring to become leaders to develop and refine their plans to guide them toward future leadership positions. What can or should we do to help those who aspire to become leaders? Seize this opportunity to communicate with and listen to a distinguished panel whose members have successfully navigated to the highest positions within our profession and help us develop and cultivate a pipeline of future leaders.
