From Tech Support to Learning Support: An Organization's Transition

We will share our organization's plan to shift from an almost exclusive focus on LMS support to pedagogical support and discuss the concept of the untethered college classroom, along with the impetus for the significant change. We will also discuss how we slowly made the transition, the faculty's reaction to it, and our plans for the future.
