Our session will focus on creative and rigorous processes found in events such as hackathons, design charettes, and sprint development collaborations. Through specific case studies, we will showcase how an intensive collaborative experience can lead to improved communication and team building, increased project management efficiency, and the discovery of new, innovative solutions.
