Admissions and Advancement were the first to go live with this cloud-based constituent relationship management software, with other college offices soon to follow. Leveraging Salesforce, add-ons from the app marketplace, and an integration with the college's Banner ERP, these offices are able to better manage interactions with their constituents, improve operational effectiveness with a complete set of contact records (students, alumni, parents, friends, and others), and enhance efficiency by replacing manual processes with automated workflows and triggers.
