Leading from Who and Where You Are

Friday, June 28 | 10:45AM–11:15AM | Heritage Ballroom, 2nd Floor
Session Type: Professional Development
We are all vital contributors to our organizations. This session works to broaden our view of leadership as we challenge old perceptions of traditional, hierarchies as the only model. As reflective professionals for the 21st century, we can all engage in an ongoing practice of self-awareness and self-evaluation as we help our units and institutions respond to the challenges that institutions of higher education are currently facing.

Objectives:

  • Consider how the concepts reviewed during the LTL program can be used as a means of enhancing your ability to act as transformative leaders from your current positions.
  • Reflect on how increasing your strength-based awareness can impact your leadership progression.
