Reflections: What Are You Taking Back?

In this final session, participants will share lessons learned during the LTL program and begin to make an action plan for when they return home.

Objectives:

  • Consider what lessons you have learned during the LTL program and steps you can take to incorporate them into your daily activities.
  • Create a plan for taking at least one action after returning home.
