The customers, clients, colleagues, and stakeholders of learning technology solutions are diverse in their makeup, representing a variety of demographic backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic characteristics. To better address those diverse needs, technology leaders must provide services and solutions that address these heterogeneous populations. This session will prompt discussion about the significance that diversity and inclusivity can play in contributing to productivity, creativity, and innovation in an organization and the importance of having a team comprised of individuals with varying perspectives and life experiences. In this session, we'll discover and discuss ways to more deliberately foster inclusive organizational practices that build community.
