You are communicating all the time, whether you intend to or not. Throughout this session, we will explore ways to be more intentional about formal and informal communications with all campus constituents. Having a deep understanding of university players and politics and acceptable communication channels, methods, and tone is critical to successful leadership. We will identify key university/college stakeholders and create an action plan for strategically developing relationships across the institution. An important part of leadership is having difficult conversations, so we will explore strategies for tackling communication challenges.
