Working in and Leading Teams: Flexibility and Constructive Conflict

During this session, we will discuss team dynamics and how they play out in workplace team experiences. You'll receive frameworks to help you participate in, lead, and manage successful team-based projects, including the LTL team project. We will also discuss common harmful misunderstandings about teamwork and replace them with strategies to improve team performance.
