Working in and Leading Teams: Flexibility and Constructive Conflict

During this session, we will discuss team dynamics and the various ways they manifest in the workplace. We will provide you with frameworks to help you participate in, lead, and manage successful team-based projects. We'll also present strategies for encouraging flexibility and leveraging constructive conflict, which will, in turn, yield greater understanding and awareness within the team, increased group cohesion and, ultimately, improved team performance.
