An effective, efficient team requires collaboration and trust. Managers must learn how to improve team dynamics to arrive at effective solutions for any problem or project. The recognition and resolution of team disruptors may include large-scale organizational change or individual performance issues.


OUTCOMES: Define the manager's roles and responsibilities to their team * Describe how collaboration and trust can be negatively impacted by small and large disruptions * Get tips for recognizing, building, and managing a synergistic team
