Successful delegation and effective time management are essential skills that will help managers to be successful and to help their teams to achieve. These skills should be practiced daily to achieve individual and team objectives and to accelerate strengths. We will discuss how to focus on the right things at the right time and ways to improve your own delegation skills. We will share ideas on how to avoid procrastination and manage the inevitable stress that arises in our jobs today.

  • Describe psychological and emotional challenges to effective time-management, and identify techniques for addressing them
  • Identify common time-management myths
