- Relate the importance of teams and the characteristics of effective teams
- Recognize stages of team development
- Identify the keys to improving team effectiveness e.g. enhancing or clarifying relationships, procedures, roles & responsibilities, goals, leadership
- Describe the tools available to run more effective team meetings, manage action items and record decisions
