Researchers have recognized that while IQ has been a good predictor of academic achievement, many exceptionally bright people remain remarkably ineffective and unproductive in their professional lives because they lack emotional intelligence. While this session addresses cultivating management skills and change, it's fundamentally about building better, more effective relationships and inspiring others to do so.
