Successful delegation and effective time management help managers and their teams succeed. These skills should be practiced daily to achieve individual and team objectives. Information and activities in this session will help you learn to focus on the right things at the right time, which in turn will improve delegation skills. You'll have opportunities to share ideas on how to avoid procrastination and deal with the inevitable stresses that managers face.

Objectives:Learn how more focused attention on effective time management and delegation can improve personal and organizational performance * Identify degrees of delegation and practice by selecting and delegating tasks and responsibilities * Investigate practical techniques to improve effective and efficient use of time
