Sophie: Reading and Writing in the Networked Era

Sophie is a new authoring program 15 years in the making. Developed by the Institute for the Future of the Book as part of the Mellon Foundation's initiative for higher education, Sophie makes it possible for anyone, with little or no instruction, to assemble robust, elegant multimedia electronic documents.
