Supervision and Evaluation of Remote Faculty in Fully Online Programs (Innovative Practice)

In a fully online degree program, faculty and students can participate at a distance. How can academic administrators at a central location effectively supervise adjunct faculty to ensure a quality educational experience and adherence to identified best practices in instruction?
