Quality in online education continues to challenge higher education. In this session, the presenters will discuss the different components of quality in online higher education and how they addressed the different components that constitute quality at their own institutions. The Quality Matters program will be highlighted during this session. Participants will have the opportunity to share their current initiatives, processes, or plans to address quality in their online programs.
