The E-Learning Policy Environment

E-learning is increasingly important to meeting our nation's higher education goals. However, lingering concerns about quality and identity verification continue to produce problematic policies. This presentation will review the context for federal policies impacting e-learning and discuss how the e-learning policy environment might take shape in the near future.
