By looking at the various methods of personalization, whether based on newer adaptive platforms or on creative classroom techniques, it becomes apparent that the role of faculty is crucial but differs greatly from faculty's traditional role. What happens when an institution wants to take successful pilot programs for personalization and extend the methods within a program? What support will be needed from the program and institutions to help students and faculty? This learning circle will look forward and identify key characteristics of successful programs of the future.
