Learn how to develop a shared strategic vision of learning technology, principles for decision making, process for learning technology evaluation, and success metrics. We will share the process we used to engage key stakeholders at UBC, and the outcomes for learning technology governance, resource management, roadmap, and service models. At the end of the session, participants will have a set of tools they can adapt for their own contexts.


OUTCOMES: Identify the value of engaging the right stakeholders in this process * Understand key considerations for discussions related to vision, principles, and governance * Define what components are needed in your own context, along with the tools for beginning the process
