Leading in Online Learning: Scaling Programs and Transitioning to Self-Support

Are you in the process of scaling online programs to enroll large numbers of students? Have you scaled your programs and are now being asked to financially support your operations? If you are facing one or both of these realities, this session is for you. In this session, the presenter will revisit lessons learned from scaling an online program from a small group of students to almost 1,000. He will explore the learning events from his current transition to a self-supporting unit at a regional public university. Following a brief presentation, the presenter will crowdsource those issues to produce collaborative solutions and strategies.
