Blending with Purpose

This presentation will consider, Why blended learning for your college or university? Starting with an overall planning framework for any educational organization that identifies institutional goals, it will conclude with a specific "blending with purpose" model that focuses on matching instructional objectives with appropriate face-to-face and online modalities. Specific issues such as scaling up from individual faculty efforts to academic program and institution-wide initiatives, building infrastructure (hardware, software, and people), and conducting evaluation and assessment will be addressed.
