Piloting Innovation through Faculty Development Programs

The University of Minnesota's Faculty Fellowship Program is an 18-month faculty development program designed to support transformational uses of technology to enhance learning while building capacity within our institution for faculty leadership of academic technology. In this session we will share some of the history of this long-standing program, identify key programmatic elements that support innovation and leadership, and share some exemplary projects our fellows have completed within the program.
