Supporting Faculty Development through Collaborative Teamwork and a CRM Tool

Thursday, April 03 | 1:15PM–1:30PM
Session Type: Professional Development

Harvard University is rolling out a new undergraduate curriculum in general education. Staff from IT, the library, the teaching center, the writing center, museums and others have been asked to provide coordinated support to help faculty develop new courses. We have formed an interdepartmental support team to achieve this goal and have begun to experiment with using a CRM tool to help us help the faculty and each other more seamlessly.

At the end of this session, you will be able to: List the stakeholders for an instructional support services team * Identify ways to make such a team collaborate effectively * Identify ways that a CRM tool could support the work of such a team
