The construction of an interactive dashboard displays faculty performance indices relative to expected college standards. During individual faculty professional development sessions, goals and strategies for improvement are discussed.

Outcomes: Identify college specific faculty assessment needs * Inventory and consolidate select data into a format that is optimal for performance evaluation (i.e., text and graphics) * Apply best practices for college-specific faculty professional development
