This panel discussion will present various perspectives from IT leaders in the higher education community about the changing role of the IT leader and what the future trends in higher education will demand from technology leaders. Economic pressures, along with new and increased demands for innovative services, are forcing IT leaders to apply greater creativity in strengthening and investing resources to meet the strategic needs of the institution. Current IT leaders must cope with today's demands, and future IT leaders need to be prepared for expectations from their constituents.
