Centralizing Student Support for Academic Success

Wednesday, March 11, 2009 | 12:30PM–1:20PM | Room 552 A
Session Type: Professional Development
Students require IT support to achieve academic success. Combining several disparate groups, UNH's IT Support Center has centralized in-person services to more effectively meet students' increasing needs and expectations. Our model utilizes student workers and full-time staff from different groups at one central location in our academic commons.
