BU faced a set of challenges during a federal compliance project to collect race and ethnicity statistics. This session will address key practices for successful project delivery: setting up a core team to implement engagement models for project delivery, leveraging workflows to engage senior management and stakeholders, and managing multiple parallel implementations with well-defined workflow. This session will help attendees formally assess project scope before committing, identify institutional mechanisms required for successful project delivery, and clearly articulate formal workflows and engagement models for standardized project delivery.
