Bridgewater State University's IT department took action when it was faced with an increased workflow and an expanding list of complex projects. The team knew they couldn't meet the needs of their community with their current systems. To accomplish their goals, they needed accountability, transparency, and established best practices. To reach their objectives, Bridgewater State University leveraged project and portfolio management. In today's presentation, we'll explore their journey and learn about what they're planning next. We'll also examine how other organizations are using PPM to meet—and exceed—their goals.
