Higher education has increasingly relied on unified communications platforms to support teaching, research, and operations—yet what began as rapid pandemic-era adoption has evolved into a more strategic focus on workflow optimization, automation, and AI-assisted experiences. At the same time, a shifting funding landscape is driving institutions to do more with fewer dollars, elevating the importance of scalable, efficient, and well-governed technology investments.
