Following a virtual kickoff earlier in the spring, this in-person component of the Spring 2026 AI Leadership Academy brings together participants (“AI Fellows”) from across higher education to explore how AI is reshaping our world. Through interactive discussions and hands-on exercises, Fellows will deepen their understanding of responsible AI use, develop strategies for leading change, and gain practical experience with generative AI tools. The Academy equips participants to become catalysts for thoughtful, human-centered AI adoption across the NERCOMP community and beyond.
