Building on the AI Leadership Academy experiences, the Applied AI Studio is a hands-on, project-based sprint where AI Fellows and participants from across the NERCOMP community collaborate to turn AI ideas into actionable solutions. Participants will work in small teams to prototype responses to real institutional challenges, guided by experienced facilitators from the Next Leaders Fellowship network. The Studio emphasizes practical experimentation, design thinking, and responsible AI integration, helping participants move from AI literacy to institutional impact.
